Job Description: Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a skilled fabricator/welder with a proven background in TIG/MIG welding to join our team. Experience in fabricating stairs and handrails is highly preferred, and attention to detail is crucial to the success of this role.

Qualifications:

• Certified Welder with TIG/MIG welding experience
• Proven fabrication skills, especially with stairs and handrails is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a factory environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Prior experience with welding railings and stairs is a significant advantage

Benefits:

• 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and practices
• Collaborate effectively with team members and coordinate tasks
• Inspect welded joints to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for fabrication projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on welding/fabrication equipment
• Execute welding operations using various techniques (TIG/MIG)
• Prepare metal materials for fabrication and welding processes
• Set up and adjust welding equipment and parameters for optimal results
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new techniques
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment efficiently to ensure quality and precision
