Responsibilities
- Leads production team by demonstrating company values with utmost respect, dignity, and candor.
- Ensures employees are provided a safe work environment and work in a safe manner.
- Empowers team to develop skills and take on more responsibility.
- Assembling production resources to meet production demand.
- Ensure all production employees have the proper training applicable to their job duties
- Closely monitoring production operations to ensure the safety, quality, and production efficiencies are being met.
- Communicates with Purchasing Agent and/or Supply Chain Manager to ensure all materials are provided and ready to meet the production schedule.
- Ensures that direct labor resources are in line with workload.
