We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring that all production and facility equipment operates efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and contributing to the company & operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a self suficient, forward thinking technician with a  background in equipment maintenance, with facility maintenance experience and a good understanding of electrical codes being essential. Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative and predictive maintenance on all production machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on a variety of production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement improvements to equipment
  performance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and man-lifts to ensure their safe and efficient operation
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of lift
  equipment
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, including CNC routers, as part of the maintenance
  responsibilities
• Ensure precision and accuracy in CNC operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality
  standards
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs to ensure optimal performance of production equipment
• Maintain and update PLC programming documentation
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative
  measures
• Document all PLC programming and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
