- Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or service coordination is preferred.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process service requests from customers and clients.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch drivers, or service teams based on availability, location, and urgency.
- Communicate with service teams, clients, and customers to confirm schedules and provide updates.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure that all scheduled services are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, or contractors as needed.
- Track service progress, update customers on estimated arrival times, and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch activities, and other relevant documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism.
- Perform data entry and update systems with real-time information.
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory levels and ordering of necessary supplies for service teams.
