We are an event planning company looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our warehouse operations and event logistics. In this role, you will manage a team of up to five employees, ensuring that all event furniture and fixtures are properly transported, set up, torn down, and packed up. You will also play a key role in the warehouse, directing the team in wrapping and storing inventory to keep everything organized and ready for future events.
salary: $35,339.2 - $416,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to five employees in warehouse and event logistics tasks
- Drive a box truck to transport event furniture and fixtures to and from event sites
- Coordinate drop-offs, set-ups, tear-downs, and pack-ups of event equipment
- Ensure proper wrapping, organizing, and storage of inventory in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace for easy access to event materials
- Provide direction and hands-on assistance to team members during event setups and breakdowns
- Ensure all transportation and setup activities are completed on schedule
- Follow safety procedures for loading, unloading, and handling event materials
- Communicate effectively with event planners and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues as they arise during events and warehouse tasks
