Responsibilities
• Ability to problem solve and establish priorities.
• Able to troubleshoot or work from blueprints, drawings, or schematics.
• Experience working in operations strongly committed to quality programs and processes.
Understanding of OSHA regulations and requirements.
• Troubleshooting maintenance repairs of electrical A/C and D/C circuits, control circuits and PLC’s.
• strong skills in setting up and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM).
• Working knowledge and skills with maintenance (CMMS) software.
• Contribute strongly to continuous plant safety improvements including preventive tasks and identified corrective actions.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and within budget.
• Maintains, inspects, operates, and repairs compressed air systems.
• Maintenance and repair of liquid packaging equipment such as fillers, label applicators, printers, and case erectors.
• Maintains and repairs of mixing equipment including but not limited to mixing vessels, transfer pumps, batching and associated piping systems.
