Schedule is 6:30a-4p. M-Th. $17/hr As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products, either partially or completely, in our fast-paced shop environment. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year experience, who can perform their duties efficiently, meeting reasonable and productive time frames, and contributing to our team's success. Responsibilities

• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch.
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
• Must be able to use hand tools, drill, or riveting machines to assist in assembly.
• Must be able to read blueprints and as needed, electrical schematics.
• Must be able to position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and by following blueprints.
• Must be able to fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to product close fit between parts.
• Must be able to identify materials needed to complete a job by appearance and part number.
• Cleans and prepares all materials for production.
• Works with sealants and insulation as required for all stages of production.
• Train/work in multiple types of manufacturing positions (i.e. pipe, wire, paint & weld).
• Demonstrates consistent best workmanship practices, including cleaning up as you go, 5s of tools and inventory management.
• Demonstrates initiative to assist all areas of production team to support customer on-time delivery expectations.  Includes intiative to help solve problems.
• Assists in mentoring/training new/or crosstraining team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
