salary: $16.5 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service to customers, which includes greeting and thanking the customer for their business. Handle parts pulling /counter sales personnel as directed. Use computer or other company resources to research part details and prices.Fill orders from stock as well as procure parts necessary to fill customer needs. Keep notes on conversations with customers. Utilizes professional and proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers and fellow employees. Checking orders for accuracy before submitting for delivery. Making sure all tickets are with parts pulled for delivery and/or pick up for customer’s settles all charges prior to releasing orders to customers.Pull parts for counter sales, will-call and customers in a timely fashion. Restocking of parts showroom.Follows assigned work schedule, arriving at work prior to the schedule start time, and is at his/her work station productively engage by the schedule start time. 



The essential functions of this role include:
