Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and related enclosures according to technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Install electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, transformers, switches, and controllers into panels and control boxes.
- Perform electrical wiring tasks for machinery, control systems, and panel installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including diagnosing wiring issues, short circuits, and faulty connections.
- Ensure proper grounding and insulation for all wiring, following local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct functional tests of wiring, panels, and control systems to verify proper operation.
- Identify and diagnose issues in electrical circuits and control systems, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment to troubleshoot issues and verify system functionality.
