Responsibilities
- Electronic Assembly & Repair: Perform electronic assembly and repair of through-hole components, including soldering and desoldering of color-coded capacitors, resistors, transistors, and diodes.
- Wire Handling: Strip, tin, and install wires as part of the assembly process.
- Tools & Equipment Usage: Utilize measuring equipment, test equipment, and hand tools (air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses, and other tooling fixtures) as required.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate assembly and repair.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement efforts to support quality, productivity, and growth objectives.
- Electrical System Safety: Ensure compatibility and safety of electrical systems during assembly and repair processes.
