We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced distribution facility. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse teams, including identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Empower warehouse team members performance to include coaching, training, and providing
  clear direction to meet customer requirements, warehouse demands and Company goals
• Maintain Warehouse team members by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
  and evaluating performance
• Invest in warehouse team members to develop a collaborative leadership style, while utilizing
  the tools, processes, procedures, equipment, and operations to meet the business objectives
• Effectively partner with the Operations Manager, Leads, other Supervisors to ensure daily tasks
  and quality standards are achieved
• Communicate policies to warehouse team members and act as the primary information source
  for the team -maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking disciplinary action when needed
• Support departmental and site KPIs, including team Engagement, Safety, On Time Delivery, and
  Productivity
• Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of
  warehouse associates
• Responsible for ensuring necessary supplies are on hand to operate the warehouse efficiently
• Conducts daily meetings to convey daily tasks to employees
•  Arranges maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment
