Responsibilities
- Create and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOM), and work instructions per customer blueprints and 3D CAD files.
- Develop manufacturing strategies and concepts to meet business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Realtrac Job Shop software experience preferred
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that quality, on-time delivery requirements, and manufacturing processes are met.
- Manage tooling requirements from initial planning, to Final Inspection.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing challenges, driving process improvements.
- Review processes and procedures of each project in order to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Must have experience & knowledge of CNC set-up and machining operations for Production and Tool & Die work.
