We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing strategies.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOM), and work instructions per customer blueprints and 3D CAD files.
• Develop manufacturing strategies and concepts to meet business objectives and drive efficiency.
• Realtrac Job Shop software experience preferred
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that quality, on-time delivery requirements, and manufacturing processes are met.
• Manage tooling requirements from initial planning, to Final Inspection.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing challenges, driving process improvements.
• Review processes and procedures of each project in order to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Must have experience & knowledge of CNC set-up and machining operations for Production and Tool & Die work.
