We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, optimizing warehouse layout, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse employees, including receiving, stocking, and shipping staff. Ensure all staff members are performing at optimal levels.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, and manage reordering processes.
• Logistics and Operations: Plan and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Optimize workflow and storage practices for maximum space utilization and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline warehouse operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is in good working condition. Arrange for necessary repairs or replacements.

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
