A leading provider of high-quality packaging and printing solutions, specializing in folding cartons for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer goods industries is hiring for an overnight Pressman for their production team. Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate offset or digital printing presses according to job specifications.
• Previous experience operating offset or digital printing presses (Heidelberg, Komori, or similar preferred).
• Possess mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Monitor print quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain color consistency, registration, and alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment to prevent downtime.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized press area while following safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of color matching, ink mixing, and press maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
