The Warehouse Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing, guiding, and coordinating warehouse personnel to meet departmental and company goals. This role manages operations on the warehouse floor, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include organizing, receiving, storing, and distributing goods to support smooth business operations. The position also ensures that workflows, procedures, equipment, documentation, and team members are aligned with business needs.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Foster a team-oriented work environment by investing in employee growth, utilizing tools and processes to achieve business objectives.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, identifying areas for process improvement.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager, Leads, and other Supervisors to meet daily goals and maintain quality standards.

• Provide clear direction, coaching, and training to warehouse employees, ensuring performance aligns with customer expectations and company targets.

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of warehouse staff, as well as evaluating their performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse team members, ensuring policy compliance, consistency, and disciplinary action when necessary.

• Monitor and support key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee engagement, safety, on-time deliveries, and productivity.

• Make informed decisions using sound judgment and data analysis.

• Implement and uphold all safety regulations and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment.

• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.

• Organize and oversee work assignments, train and motivate employees, and assess performance.

• Ensure necessary supplies are available for seamless warehouse operations.

• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
