Responsibilities
Respond to escalated customer support issues, answer customers’ questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
Customer training
Writing concise, detailed, accurate service reports
Performing service and maintenance onsite at municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities on our mobile dewatering and thickening equipment.
Performing installation, startup and commissioning on mobile dewatering and thickening equipment
