Our client locacted in Milford NH is looking for Lead Production Associates to join their staff. We are looking for dependable and hardworking candidates that have experience in Manufacturing environments.
This would be a contract to hire position where after 30 days our client would look to bring you on to their permanent staff.

Responsibilities
Responsible for pour end operation and employees in pour end zone. This will include but not limited to staffing,
training, achieving efficiency standards, ensuring a quality product is produced, and achieving scheduled
completion dates. Downtime will be tracked by the Pour Lead and corrective actions coordinated with the Pour
End Assistant Supervisor.
- Follow 5s guidelines
Maintain clean work environment
- Report all unsafe work areas
- Clear all lines of obstacles and trash
- Expectations are to constantly be observing and promote changes, improvements and sustain. - Performs activities of candle maker when assigned to assist or relieve on an individual basis to avoid
shutdown. - Maximize line efficiency with minimal direction.
