Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment failures, including heating circuits, motor controls, VFDs, servo drives, pumps, vacuum systems, hot oil units, pneumatic systems, electromechanical solenoids, and motorized conveyors.
- Contribute to measurable improvements in maintenance-related downtime and associated costs, supporting overall plant performance goals and sharing best practices within the company.
- Plan and perform complex corrective and preventative maintenance, requiring thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical theories and principles.
- Conduct facility HVAC preventive maintenance.
- Manage work orders in the CMMS, recording problems, parts, and repairs.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Provide regular feedback to the manager on technical issues.
