Responsibilities

 Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing
preventive maintenance requirements on production machines, facilities
services, and conveyor systems.
 Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation,
listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
 Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and
equipment.
 Layout, install, adjust and maintain a variety of electrical equipment such as
wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms.
 Diagnose and remedy any electrical trouble quickly to avoid shut-downs.
 Diagnose and remedy trouble, determine necessary repairs, tear down and
reassemble machines.
 Perform repair of machinery under direction of Maintenance Supervisor.
 Prepare mechanical maintenance shift reports by collecting, analyzing and
summarizing information and work order repairs.
 Perform other assigned tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
