industrial maintenance technician - 1st shift.

We’re seeking your electro-mechanical expertise and problem-solving ability for a role that values your talent and rewards your impact.  Located in St. Petersburg, FL and offering 4 day/ 10 hour shifts from 6am - 4:30pm.  Overtime offered and if needed, may be mandatory.  

salary: $52,000 - $66,560 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Three years or more of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience.

• Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors,  servos, potentiometers). 

• Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints. 

• Experience working with 24VDC control systems. 

•Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment. 

• Lead technical and process improvement projects.

 • Work with robotic systems. 



• Experience working with PLC/HMI software. 

• Vision software experience.

• Program vision systems. 

• Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement. 

• Create, maintain, and improve documentation related to equipment and manufacturing processes. 

• Provide design input on custom fabricated equipment and equipment parts. 

• Train Technicians and Machine Operators.



The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
