Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic leadership to drive a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay current on environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure the organization's compliance. Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies. Work with facility maintenance and leadership personnel to implement sustainable corrective actions for all identified risks to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Training & Developmt: Oversee development&delivery of EHS training programs.Ensure employees are well-informed &trained on safety procedures, emergency response plans, and environmental best practices in compliance with the approved company EHS Program.
• Incident Mgmt: Lead &coordinate investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or environmental spills in compliance with the approved company EHS Program. Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Environmental Sustainability: Develop and execute initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of org activities.Implement programs to reduce waste, conserve resources & promote sustainable practices.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze
