We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Mixer to join our production team. The Mixer is in a bakery setting and plays a crucial role in preparing high-quality doughs and batters by following precise recipes and procedures. This position requires experience handling industrial mixing equipment, measuring ingredients accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment in a fast-paced bakery warehouse setting.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment according to standard procedures.
• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients following established recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor mixing times and dough consistency to ensure product quality.
• Adjust ingredient levels and mixing speeds as needed to maintain consistency and texture.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular sanitation of mixing equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
• Work collaboratively with other production team members to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling.

The essential functions of this role include:
