Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to ensure production equipment operates smoothly.
• Lead initiatives for technical improvements and process optimization.
• Work with and maintain robotic systems.
• Program and manage vision systems.
• Analyze production data, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Develop, update, and enhance documentation related to equipment and manufacturing procedures.
• Contribute to the design of custom equipment and parts.
• Train and mentor Technicians and Machine Operators.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Maintenance.
• Experience with industrial preventive maintenance, including electric motors, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, bearings, sensors, VFDs, servos, and potentiometers.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, and manuals.
• Familiar with 24VDC control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or relevant vocational training.
• Experience with PLC/HMI software.
• Familiarity with vision system software.
