We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Die Setters to join our manufacturing team on 1st and 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining dies in pressing machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will work closely with quality and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure production runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience in die setting, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and technical documents. If you are a problem-solver with a keen eye for precision and efficiency, we encourage you to apply and become a key part of our dynamic production team!



salary: $40,500 - $62,000 per year

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and tooling layouts
• Set up press machines 
• Understanding of various sizes of dies and tooling and their uses
• Quality assurance testing utilizing micrometers and calipers
• Previous experience with press equipment and operation and other quality assurance tools preferred

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 35lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working weekends
