- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor print quality throughout production, making necessary adjustments for consistency and accuracy.
- Manage ink and paper usage while optimizing press settings for different job requirements.
- Read and interpret job orders, specifications, and blueprints to ensure proper setup.
- Conduct pre-press checks, including calibration, alignment, and color management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Track and record production data, including job progress and maintenance activities.
- Proven experience operating KBA offset printing presses or similar equipment.
