Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in fabrication processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related challenges.
- Oversee incoming material inspections and supplier quality management.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Train employees on quality standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for quality control activities, including non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.
- Drive a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
