Responsibilities
- Perform finishing and detailing work on stainless steel and aluminum surfaces, ensuring smooth, polished, and defect-free results.
- Operate a variety of finishing tools, including grinders, sanders, polishers, and buffers.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying polishing compounds to remove imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish.
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions to meet specific finishing requirements and dimensions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when operating equipment and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the finishing process.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and any necessary reports
