Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our team. This role is focused on maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery, electrical control systems, motors, and PLCs (programmable logic controllers).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions, including motor failures, wiring issues, circuit boards, and electrical panels.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to minimize the risk of unplanned downtime.
- Test, calibrate, and replace electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, and power supplies.
- Inspect, repair, and replace faulty wiring, connections, and electrical systems.
- Perform electrical diagnostic testing using voltmeters, ammeters, and other electrical testing tools.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and safely.
- Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to assist with the maintenance and repair of complex systems.
- Follow company policies and regulatory standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, prioritizing electrical issues that may impact production schedules.
