Responsibilities
Stamping Machine Operator (Bruderer/Minster Machines Experience Preferred)
Experience with Bruderer and/or Minster Machines is highly valued for this Stamping Machine Operator position. We are seeking operators who can run multiple stamping machines while meeting productivity levels. Experience in machine setup, changeovers, and mechanical troubleshooting is a plus.
What You Will Do:
- Operate stamping machines to meet performance and quality standards.
- Cross-train and rotate between departments as customer demands require.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
- Package and label finished products.
- Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct parts for customer orders.
- Perform inspections using measuring tools (e.g., calipers).
- Accurately complete production and inspection reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Be punctual and prepared for your shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Able to work independently and with others under limited supervision.
- Able to lift and transport up to 35 pounds.
- Able to stand for the entire shift. (10 hours)
- Able to work regular hours, including overtime.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with hand tools and basic math.
- Basic computer skills required.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
