Responsibilities

• Build and assemble packaging equipment according to technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Employ a variety of hand tools, such as wrenches, sockets, hex wrenches, and screwdrivers, to assemble and install mechanical components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand assembly requirements and ensure accurate construction.
• Assemble and install valves, cylinders, sensors, and other essential components for packaging machinery.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the functionality, alignment, and precision of assembled parts and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, making adjustments or repairs as necessary.
• Apply knowledge of packaging equipment, including its components and operational functions, to ensure proper assembly and integration.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to meet production deadlines and resolve any assembly-related challenges.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

The essential functions of this role include:
