We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role will focus on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems used in automotive vehicles. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in assembling electrical and mechanical components, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards are met in the automotive production process.   Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working with automotive electronics or control systems.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
• Ability to operate automated assembly equipment and machinery.
• Soldering, wire harnessing, chasis harnessing, hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems and sub-assemblies for automotive vehicles.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Install wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic components into vehicle systems.
• Test and inspect completed assemblies for proper functionality and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with components and systems during the assembly process.
• Work with engineers to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
• Report progress and any issues to the production supervisor.
