What You’ll Do:
- Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel to precise specifications
- Use hand and power tools, including grinders, sanders, and polishers
- Inspect finished products for smoothness, consistency, and quality
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to meet design standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines
- Experience in stainless steel finishing, metal fabrication, or a related field
- strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Familiarity with TIG welding, buffing, or passivation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
