Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment specifically injection molding machines and robotics
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and general facility maintenance is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
