- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in vehicle maintenance preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of truck maintenance, repair procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of fleet management software and MS Office Suite.
- ASE certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and maintained in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections for the fleet of trucks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to maximize vehicle reliability.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and within budget constraints.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee parts inventory and procurement, ensuring that necessary components are available when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient fleet management.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
