A company in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor/Lead for an opportunity in the logistics industry. This role offers the chance to manage a team, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes.
• Oversee the fulfillment of full orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of shipments.
• Manage and track inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Utilize 3PL Central software to streamline order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
• Monitor Amazon order fulfillment and ensure adherence to Amazon’s specific shipping requirements.
• Operate a Reach Truck to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Ensure best practices in eCommerce order management, ensuring smooth and timely shipping for online orders.
