Key Responsibilities: Organize and lead a team of approximately 10 subordinates to achieve production targets on time and with high quality. Ensure safety compliance within the production unit. Maintain high production effectiveness in alignment with approved work standards. Implement and sustain DPS tools for continuous improvement. Provide break relief for injection molding operators as needed. Foster teamwork and skill development within the team.
What We’re Looking For: ✔ Education: Minimum Vocational School with long-term experience; Technical College preferred. ✔ Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing. ✔ Technical Skills: ◾ Experience in injection molding, assembly, extrusion, and compression. ◾ Ability to read technical drawings. ◾ Proficiency with measuring tools. ◾ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, standardized work, problem-solving, daily control). ✔ Leadership Skills: ◾ Proven ability to lead a team of up to 15 people. ◾ Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
