Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience following IPC-A standards
• Proficiency with hand soldering surface mount components
• Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, voltmeters, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics at the component level
• Experience following detailed electronic and mechanical assembly/testing procedures
• Competence in using computers and MS Office software
• verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while following instructions

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in electronics or electromechanical applications
• At least three years of relevant hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex electronic circuits and systems.
• Read and interpret electronic schematic drawings.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level and perform necessary repairs.
• Adjust, analyze, and repair circuits as needed.
• Accurately document test and repair details.
• Work independently while following instructions carefully.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Assembly teams.
• Follow production schedules.
