Responsibilities
- Perform full assembly and disassembly of CNC parts and other mechanical components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise reassembly.
- Eventually interact with customers for pricing negotiations and service discussions.
- No travel required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in mechanical assembly, transmission rebuilding, small engine repair, or similar.
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
- Mechanical aptitude with experience working on complex machinery components.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Willingness to travel for training and occasional customer visits.
- Not ideal for CNC maintenance technicians due to the repetitive nature of the role.
- Ideal candidates will be service technicians who have done small part repair, automotive technicians who have done complete assembly and disassembly of small engines and/or transmissions.
