Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain SMT soldering equipment, including reflow ovens and soldering stations.
- Solder electronic components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure that all soldering work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect components and boards for defects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks of assemblies before final inspection.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of soldering equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Familiarity with SMT soldering tools, such as soldering irons, tweezers, and microscopes.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for soldering and electronic assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
