3rd shift production supervisor.

We are looking for someone to maximize productivity on the floor, ensure training & retention plans are followed as well as controls measurable in relation to cost for productivity and quality. 

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 11:30 PM - 8 AM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate actions to achieve company goals to achieve KPIs and production priorities
• Communicate expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating results
• Assign work to production personnel 
• Responsible for production KPI’s
• Drive a continuous improvement culture 
• Prioritize daily activities to ensure targets are achieved
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including scheduled cleaning with documentation
• Perform daily material audits and apply corrective action
• Establish daily MPS audits and document them
• Follow established ISO and production procedures
• Determine appropriate labor requirements 
• Monitor quality/productivity
• Strong ERP involvement
• Prepare daily production reports  weekly meetings with engineers
• Train and monitor new employees 
• Perform any operations to meet production requirements
• Follows all Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Procedures 
• Understands and complies with all Quality Policies and Procedures
