- Receiving & Shipping:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize warehouse storage areas for efficient space utilization.
- Material Handling:
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and assembly.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in kitting and preparing materials for manufacturing processes.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive and high-value materials.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and warehouse best practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and shipping software.
- Certifications: Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
