Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Install, inspect, and test new equipment as required.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of electrical systems (motors, wiring, power distribution, etc.) and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in an industrial environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in Electrical/Mechanical fields are a plus
