We are seeking reliable and motivated Electric Pallet Jack Operators / Order Pickers to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay and growth opportunities!

salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently to transport products within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and stack orders according to customer specifications and warehouse guidelines.
• Utilize RF scanners or pick sheets to ensure correct product selection and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following warehouse safety protocols.
• Load and unload pallets while ensuring product integrity and minimizing damage.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
