- Proven experience with PCB soldering and surface mount technology (SMT) assembly.
- Understanding of electronic components and circuit board assemblies.
- Experience with soldering tools, microscopes, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform PCB soldering, rework, and assembly to meet production specifications.
- Use microscopes, soldering irons, and other tools to complete detailed soldering tasks.
- Assemble and inspect electronic components, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot and repair PCBs by identifying faults and correcting them as needed.
- Test and verify functionality of completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document work processes, including any repairs, replacements, and part substitutions.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
