Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Scheduling Planner to manage and coordinate production workflow in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for optimizing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with multiple departments to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production planning role (REQUIRED). ✔️ strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes. ✔️ Experience with inventory management and ERP systems. ✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. ✔️ strong communication and collaboration skills. ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). ✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal delays.
✔️ Manage inventory levels and adjust production based on demand.
✔️ Determine manpower, equipment, and raw material needs.
✔️ Schedule shifts according to production demands.
✔️ Monitor jobs to ensure completion on time and within budget.
✔️ Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.
✔️ Maintain accurate paperwork and production reports.
✔️ Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Participate in production meetings and relay key information across departments
