Responsibilities

Oversees the daily operations of sales, operations, facilities, administration, and
asset management.
• Analyze sales cost and inventory data to establish a plan to meet and exceed
revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team in the research, identification and implementation of
new products, programs, and industries for growth opportunities to enhance
profitability.
• Exhibit and maintain excellent business acumen with customers and suppliers and
make routine visits with sales personnel.
• Build positive relationships with current and potential customers to ensure annual
growth.
• Possess exceptional understanding of current market conditions and changing trends
and respond to the market by implementing strategies to meet objectives.
• Assist in problem solving and resolution of issues with customers and suppliers.
• Promote, encourage, and support employee training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous
improvement.
• Actively participate in the leadership team with the Inside Sales Manager, Purchasing
Manager and Production Manager.
• Adhere to all handbook policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics.
