Responsibilities
- Replenishment of Pick Locations – Transport and restock product from overstock locations to primary pick locations to ensure continuous order fulfillment.
- Operating Stand-Up Reach Trucks – Safely maneuver a stand-up reach truck to move pallets and materials to high storage locations.
- Inventory Management – Scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Loading & Unloading – Retrieve and place pallets in designated storage racks, sometimes at high levels.
- Maintaining Warehouse Organization – Ensure products are stored in the correct locations with proper rotation (FIFO or FEFO as required).
- Safety Compliance – Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to avoid accidents.
- Quality Control – Inspect products and packaging for damages before replenishment to prevent issues in order fulfillment.
- Collaboration with Other Departments – Work closely with order pickers, supervisors, and inventory control teams to maintain efficiency.
- Housekeeping Duties – Keep work areas clean, remove debris, and maintain a safe workspace.
