We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic/Technician to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will hold an A&P License and be responsible for performing maintenance on aircraft components in compliance with 14 CFR Part 43 and 145 standards. Responsibilities include documenting maintenance actions, researching repairs using OEM data, ensuring safety practices, and maintaining a clean work environment. solid communication skills and attention to detail are essential. salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance per the requirements of 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 43, 43.13 and the requirements of 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 145, 145.205.
2. Document maintenance actions on appropriate forms, work orders, and tags; document and record in work order package OEM or customer maintenance data used every maintenance task performed.
3. Look up and research Repairs in SRM’s, CMM’s and OEM documentations to support your assigned tasks.
4. Ensure that safe work practices are followed.
5. Proper handling of all aircraft parts and components.
6. Maintain their work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
7. Comply with RSM/QCM and company policies and procedures when performing component maintenance.
8. Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
9. Provide hands on job function training to co-workers as needed.
10. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
