Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC lathes to machine large aerospace components with precision and accuracy.
- Program, set up, and optimize CNC equipment for large part production, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications tailored for complex, large-scale parts.
- Perform quality checks using advanced measuring tools to ensure compliance with strict aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address machining challenges and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain machinery and adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
