Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule & Coordinate field service activities for technicians.
• Ensure Readiness by providing necessary materials and documents for assignments.
• Optimize Resource Allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Plan Workload for new equipment installation and service operations.
• Manage Emergencies by adjusting technician schedules as needed.
• Forecast Workload in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
• Monitor Performance and provide feedback to FSE managers.
• Identify Skill Gaps and support training initiatives.
• Update Planning Tools such as FSM and other internal systems.
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Report Issues & Risks to management for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating field service activities.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering, technical services, or aseptic processing (a plus).
• Problem-Solving: strong analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and customers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) is a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with planning tools like FSM and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
